We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you buy or use our digital products and visit our website/store.

1) What this policy covers

  • Our website/storefront, checkout and downloads.

  • Email/customer support and optional marketing.

  • Files and templates we deliver with the product.

Important: Our toolkits are educational self-help resources. We do not provide medical services and we do not require you to share health information to use the product.

2) What we don’t collect by default

  • Anything you type into the printable or fillable PDFs (e.g., Trigger Map, journals, trackers) is saved on your own device and is not transmitted to us unless you choose to send it to us (e.g., for support).

  • If you copy optional trackers to third-party tools (e.g., your own Google Sheets/Notion accounts), the content is stored in your accounts. We don’t have access unless you explicitly share it.

3) Personal data we collect

  • Order & account details: name, email, billing info, order items, download access. We do not see or store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor.

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, and events like downloads—used for security, troubleshooting, and analytics.

  • Communications: emails you send us (questions, support), survey responses, and testimonials you choose to provide.

  • Fraud prevention: limited logs such as IP/time and download counts to prevent abuse.

We ask you not to include sensitive health details in emails or forms. If you do, we’ll use them only to respond to your request and then delete or minimize them.

4) How we use your data

  • Fulfill purchases and deliver downloads/updates.

  • Customer support and important service messages (e.g., download links, policy changes).

  • Product improvement and site analytics (aggregated where possible).

  • Marketing (only with your consent/opt-in).

  • Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal data.

5) Cookies & similar tech

We use necessary cookies (to run the site/checkout) and optional analytics/marketing cookies. You can control cookies in your browser and, where applicable, via our cookie banner. Turning off optional cookies won’t block purchases but may limit features.

6) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process data to perform a contract (your order), for our legitimate interests (security, improvement), with consent (marketing/optional cookies), and to meet legal obligations (tax, records).

7) Sharing your data

We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our store (e.g., payment processing, email delivery, analytics, cloud storage, fraud prevention). They may only use the data to provide their services to us and must protect it.
We may disclose data if required by law or during a business transfer (e.g., merger), where permitted.

We may process/store information outside your province/state/country. When we do, we use reasonable safeguards and rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms as required by law.

  • Orders/transactions: kept as long as required by tax, accounting, and legal rules (typically 2–7 years, depending on jurisdiction).

  • Support emails: typically up to 24 months after resolution.

  • Analytics logs: kept for the shortest period that allows us to operate and secure the service.

We delete or anonymize data when it’s no longer needed.

10) Your choices & rights

  • Access/Correct/Delete: You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal exceptions).

  • Withdraw consent: You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

  • Object/Restrict/Portability: Where applicable, you can object to or restrict certain processing and request portable copies.

  • Cookies: Manage via your browser and our banner (where available).

Canada (PIPEDA): You have rights to access and challenge the accuracy of personal information we hold.
Australia (Privacy Act 1988): You may request access/correction and lodge complaints with the OAIC if unresolved.
EU/UK (GDPR): You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12) Children

Our products and site are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Our materials may link to other sites or templates. Their privacy practices are their own; please review those policies.

14) Changes to this policy

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Effective date” will change, and material updates will be highlighted on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
